Please ensure that the caller ID app is running by starting callerId.exe, which will usually be on a folder on your desktop. To prevent issues in the future, please ensure it is added to your startup programs.
Please ensure the caller ID is enabled for that terminal from your back-office and that the new caller ID setting in main settings is set to 4.
If this is the case, then please ensure the caller ID is connected correctly:
- The line port is connected directly to your phone line
- The phone goes to the phone
- And then square style USB goes to the POS terminal
